David Iverson's (founder of Iverson Construction) first construction job was home addition for a local family in Sturgis, in the summer of 1971. 

Randy Iverson, was able to build these same clients another brand new, custom home in 2012, more than 41 years later.

Founded by David Iverson in 1971, now owned by son, Randy Iverson. With over 50 years of experience, providing affordable, luxury custom homes and commercial projects across the Black Hills. Our wealth of knowledge, experience and impeccable reputation provides our clients with peace of mind from the conception to the completion of the building partnership.
